Soak up the quaint beauty of Southern Idaho and make yourself at home here in Fish Haven in this single-story home! As soon as you arrive, you will have no trouble kicking back and relaxing with loved ones with the stunning backdrop of Bear Lake that can be seen from nearly every room in the home.
Step out to the expansive back deck and you will see why this lakefront gem is set apart from the rest. Bring a glass of wine or a good book out and lounge on summer evenings just listening to the birds and wind. Any downtime spent indoors will be just as fun with an open layout ideal for entertaining, a fully-equipped kitchen, an accommodating dining area, and a flatscreen TV in the living area for movie nights as the stars come out. An outdoor movie screen is perfect for summer movie nights!
With beach access right outside your back door, there will be no delay in getting out on the water or casting a line out from the shore. When you want to venture out a bit more, grab a few necessities at the local grocery store in Fish Haven or make your way five miles south to Garden City, UT. The golfers of the group will love the close proximity to Bear Lake West Golf Course as well for a quick round of nine. If you are feeling extra adventurous, ski to your heart's content at Beaver Mountain Ski Area (17 miles) or check out Minnetonka Cave (18 miles).
Things to Know: Beach access - a beach wagon, chairs, and towels are provided. 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
Parking Notes: There is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
