This home is enviably located less than a quarter-mile from downtown Harrison, a picturesque community with several cute restaurants, shops, and a marina on the lakeshore. You'll also be directly across the road from the famous Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, a 73-mile paved trail that runs from Mullan to Plummer and showcases incredible scenery for walkers, cyclists, snowshoers, and Nordic skiers.
Recently remodeled, the house is wonderfully bright, polished, and uncluttered. Enjoy large windows that frame the lake and an open layout with central AC and complimentary WiFi running throughout. Use stainless steel appliances to prepare breakfast each morning in the kitchen, and sit down for pancakes at the dining room table for six. In the evenings, leave the day's clothes to spin in the washer/dryer, stream a movie or two in the living room, and enjoy a good night's rest in three serene bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
