A gorgeous view of Lake Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding pine-covered mountains is yours to wake up to at this newly constructed guesthouse, located less than a half-mile to downtown Harrison. It's a location that can't be beaten! You'll be able to walk to the beach, the 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, boat and bike rentals, the marina, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, live music, and fun-filled annual events.
The guesthouse is newly built and in truly wonderful condition, perched up above the main house on the property. The living space is bright and open, with large windows letting in the view and sliding glass doors opening to the deck and gas grill. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and both window-side and island breakfast bars. It connects to a living room with an electric fireplace, a Smart TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Don't forget to take advantage of the home's seven-person hot tub after a fun outdoor adventure!
Parking Notes: Parking is up above the main house. There is room for 4 vehicles parked at an angle. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
