This charming guest house, located on floor 2, features WiFi, a full kitchen, public beach access, and a dock!
Enjoy time on this home's private deck, with the woods at your feet and fresh air all around. Grill up something delicious on the grill, then cook up tasty side dishes in the full kitchen set with full-size appliances.
Enjoy community access to Lake Pend Oreille's beach just a quarter mile down the road! Relax in front of the electric fireplace after a day at the lake or mountain while the private washer/dryer takes care of the day's clothes.
Please note that the main home has full-time owners that wish to maintain their privacy. Guests must be respectful of full-time residents also using public beach access. The boat launch is available for guest use, but trailers cannot be left on site. No boat tie-ups at any time.
Parking notes: There are two off-street parking spaces reserved for the Guest Home. There is no street parking, so if a guest is bringing a boat there is room for one vehicle and one boat trailer in the parking area.
Dock details: Community dock located at the community beach in Kaniksu Shao.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
