Description:
Lodge 52 is the perfect McCall log cabin getaway complete with a game room, private hot tub, beautiful yard and private dock on a pond. Great for large families or gatherings of friends, this cabin sits on 5 acres in Lakefork, approx. 10 minutes south of McCall and easy access to Jug Mountain Resort for golf and hiking in the summer or Nordic trails for the winter. There is also parking for an RV w/electricity hook-up available for an additional $25 nightly fee. Please inquire if you plan to bring an RV.
The three-story log cabin is warm and inviting with all the exposed log and rustic wood accents plus river rock floors. The main level has a full kitchen with open layout, dining area and breakfast bar plus a storage room with extra fridge and sink. The living area on this floor has lots of windows to enjoy the view of the beautiful landscaping plus a gas fireplace to keep you cozy. Access the deck from this floor and take a soak in the private hot tub or head out to the spacious yard with outdoor fire pit (seasonal) and private pond. This floor also features a full bathroom with stand-up shower.
The upper floor features the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and private balcony and en-suite bathroom with large slate tile shower. This room is open to the living area below (bathroom is private). There are two additional bedrooms upstairs both with Queen beds plus a full bathroom with claw-foot tub. These two bedrooms have a central loft with a Double-size mattress and bedding accessed by ladder for additional sleeping or playing space.
The lower level basement area features the 4th bedroom with a Queen bed at the foot of the stairs plus a great entertainment space with lots of seating, pool table, TV w/cable and DVD player, game table and mini-bar plus a library of books and games. There is a Twin over Double bunk bed in this room as well plus a sofa sleeper plus a full bathroom with stand-up shower.
Outside, the yard is beautifully landscaped with wildflower-filled gardens and archways. Enjoy summer days outside around the fire pit or BBQ on the gas grill. Other great amenities include washer/dryer, a canoe for guest use on the private pond, a pack-n-play plus games like badminton and ample parking for larger groups.
There is no A/C in this home. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
