There is no place quite like Sandpoint when it comes to the perfect mix of a charming downtown and quick access to unbelievable ski runs at Schweitzer Mountain Resort! The skiers of the group will be glad to know that this home is located just 9 miles from the mountain, so there will be no delay in getting your fill of fresh powder in no time. If you want to venture into town, you will find an abundance of adorable shops, cafes, and nightlife that will assist in fun-filled days away from the slopes.
When you find yourself relaxing at home base, the open layout will be ideal for entertaining the whole family, with a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, high-end furnishings, and plenty of room to spread out. The two woodstoves will keep everyone cozy come winter, yet the summer months will be well spent out on the deck with a cold beverage in hand.
Things to Note: This home is close to an active railroad track. The driveway can be icy during the winter, please be careful.
Parking Notes: There is a long driveway with space for 3 cars comfortably. No RVs are permitted. No garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
