Two Pines is a unique and well-appointed container home that consists of two bedrooms and is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown McCall and Payette Lake. This property boasts a modern, industrial design, a covered outdoor patio with plenty of space, and ample parking for trailers and multiple vehicles in the large driveway and covered carport.
Inside, guests will find a practical and comfortable open floor plan with integrated kitchen, dining, and living areas, with plenty of room for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove top, a convection microwave, and a dishwasher. The home has radiant heat throughout with individual thermostats in each room for that added level of personal comfort.
The master bedroom, located at one end of the home, has a king bed. On the other end of the home, you'll find the second bedroom that has a queen bed, allowing for plenty of privacy and quiet time. The step-in shower and sink are separated from the toilet room, again, offering separation and privacy for guests during their stay.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
