The highlight of this home is its unbeatable connection to the lake. Enjoy the convenience of a public dock (typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day), ideal for loading and unloading your boat, kayaks, or paddleboards. For longer-term mooring or launching larger vessels, a public dock and boat launch are located just a short distance away, making lake logistics a breeze.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
