Description:
This 4.5-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled in huge Ponderosa and Tamarack pines. There is a shared boat dock that allows for one boat or a couple of jet skis. To access the home and boat dock from the lake, you will use Boulder Creek Marina.

At the garage-entry, on the lower level, you will find 2.5 bedrooms, a full bath, washer/dryer, and a family room/den with a pellet stove and flat-screen TV. The TV is prepared with a DVD player for family entertainment.

Upstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large living room with a flat-screen TV, another full bath, and two more bedrooms.

Walk outdoors and enjoy an oversized deck to enjoy the incredible lake views. You will have access to a gas grill and outdoor furniture that will add to your vacation pleasure during the summer months.

Guests will have access to the driveway, with enough space for 4 cars or 1 car with 2 boat trailers. This home is pet-friendly, too!

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
