Description:
Family Ties is a long-time favorite vacation home with beautiful Lake Cascade and mountain views. This spacious cabin comfortably sleeps 20 guests and features a wood-burning fireplace, a Ping-Pong table, a large kitchen with a center island, 3 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 4 TVs, 3 with DirecTV, and 1 for movies and games.
There is a large upstairs room, that would be great for the kids to hang out and it sleeps up to 8, has a TV for movies and games, and a Ping-Pong table.
Enjoy time outside on the massive back deck facing the lake and West Mountain views. It's a short walk or drive to the main boat ramp, state park, beaches, golf course, and the Lakefront Bar and Grill.
The historic Roxy Theatre, downtown shopping, restaurants, fair, rodeo grounds, Kelly's White Water Park, and Cascade Aquatic Center are all less than a mile away. This vacation home truly puts you near all the outdoor fun!
If you're planning a large family reunion, let us know. We have other cabins in the immediate area when combined with this property could accommodate more people.
Parking Notes: Park 2 cars in the garage and another 4-5 in the parking lot at the house or 2-3 and 1 vehicle with a boat/jet skis/snowmobile trailer. There is a turn-around further down the street. NO street parking is allowed at any time.
Things to Note: Wood is not provided for the fireplace - guests must bring their own wood or purchase from local stores, pending availability. This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
