Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this home can offer the solace of a mountain retreat or serve as a base camp for all your outdoor adventures. Take in awe-inspiring scenery on the many hiking and mountain biking trails or spend the day boating, paddle boarding, and fishing on beautiful Payette Lake. If golf is your game, McCall Golf Club is right around the corner as well as several other courses within a short drive. Just a 10-minute walk away and you'll be downtown where you will find an assortment of eateries, shops, breweries, wine bars, coffee shops, and the lakefront Legacy Park. Also within walking distance are several public beaches and the gorgeous Ponderosa State Park.

In the winter months, experience The Best Snow in Idaho at Brundage Mountain Resort which caters to all skill levels from the bunny run to cat skiing. Other snow sports available nearby include snowmobiling, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and sledding. McCall Activity Barn, just south of town, offers plenty of winter fun for the kids.

This pet-friendly, three-bedroom home accommodates six guests comfortably, and offers a two-car garage, a fenced yard, and a game room with air hockey and ping pong!

Things to Note: The fireplace in the game room is non-operational.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
