"We stayed 2 nights, but were disappointed when our room was not cleaned nor towels replaced or beds made, etc. There was no in-room coffee and no hair dryer, although we were able to request one from the front desk. The room also seemed small for the price we paid. The hotel is newer, but that did not make up for the lack of amenities or niceties."

"I have already contacted Sleep Inn Corporate HQ. They were beyond wonderful at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly for Ironman Coeur d'Alene. They went way beyond expectations. What a great place!"
