Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:  King Lake View Suite Comments: Seems like there are a lot of things that need to be upgraded, which surprised us. like the carpets, heating/cooling, and of course the lounge and dining area which is in construction now. Our heating didn't work in the first room, and although they sent someone to work on it, it wasn't fixable so we switched rooms. Must say they were very nice to deal with about it. Good employees with a good attitude, which is important.
