One complaint: a food take out box was removed from the room when the cookie ladies came one night, though there was only one item left in the box that was uncool. One additional thought: I suppose lots of lights means comfort and cozyness...but do you really need to turn all the lights on at night when delivering cookies? What an unbelievable waste of electricity. I constantly turned things off - think green, leave options to keep towels for several days, reduce the waste of resources. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the staff friendly and helpful. A few problems we experienced: a broken water pipe, no water for one evening we stayed, the parking was very poor. The atmosphere was dark and deserted, felt like there was nobody there. No TV in bedroom, no ice machines on first floor, and the prices was too expensive for no amenities. Now please keep in mind we traveled in the winter, for the Winter Carnival, so I expect some things to happen, However, if they intend on charging for high end accomadations I expect to have them!   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Ken and Debra's review of InIdaho.com's service

Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:   Comments: I went to the Whitetail Lodge with my parents for my mother's 60th Birthday. Debbie at the front desk went out of her way to put champagne on ice and a hand written card in the room. The rooms are beautiful and we loved having easy access to the hot tub.
