Large family home with amazing views of Baldy! Located near the Warm Springs lifts, this comfortable, 7500 sq. ft. home is inviting, warm and perfect for a large group who wish to be close to the mountain. With 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, this property will accommodate 11 or more guests. The home boasts three levels, each having a gas fireplace/seating area/wet bar and each bedroom in the home has a private balcony or patio.
The ground level floor has a large playroom adjacent to the living area with a fireplace and entertainment system. There is access to the private hot tub, a laundry room with a shower and 1/2 bath and an elevator. The guest rooms each have a private baths, one with a queen size bed and the 2nd has twin beds.
The shared living space is on the second level and is open and expansive. With a large, fully equipped kitchen, bar seating for 6 and a formal dining area for twelve, this home would be an ideal gathering place for Holiday dinners. Guests can make use of a sunny office area with wireless Internet access, formal and informal seating areas with a new flat screen entertainment system, and a balcony with a bbq grill, patio furnishings and wonderful views of Bald Mountain. This level has two guest bedrooms, one with a king size bed and full private bath and the other has twin beds with a 1/2 bath in the hallway.
Upstairs is the master suite with a king size bed, skylight and Jacuzzi bathtub in the huge master bathroom. An office with a daybed, a half bath and the seating area around the gas fireplace complete the top level. There is room to park 1 vehicle in the garage, and 1 in the driveway.
