Situated next to the Bigwood golf course, this 4900 square foot home offers you comfort and style just a few minutes from downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. Located at the end of a cul de sac, the back yard is tree lined with a large deck, a private hot tub and a private lawn for the family to enjoy.
The house has been entirely updated with new furnishings and recent updates throughout. The main floor has a spacious, comfortable and casual living and dining room area, with high beam ceilings, stone fireplace and stunning views from the deck area. The spacious kitchen has upgraded appliances and a breakfast nook, great for that morning cup of coffee. Down the hall from the kitchen is the Master bedroom which has access to the deck and hot tub. There is a king size bed, high ceilings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and master bath with a jetted tub. To the left of the Master bedroom is the laundry and mud room; from the mud room there is a private apartment upstairs above the garage. The apartment is inviting with its warm and comfortable decor and small kitchenette. The apartment has a large flat screen TV, king size bed, gas fireplace and private balcony.
From the main level, go downstairs to the media and game room, with a flat screen TV, gaming system, and foosball table. This room is ideal for the whole family, to sit and watch a movie or play games. The second level of the house has two of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin sized beds, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Also on the upper level is a bonus room with a twin sized bunk bed, just perfect for the kids.
