In town living with privacy and charm, this 5,000 sq. foot luxury home has four bedrooms plus sleeping loft, and four and 1/2 baths. Situated in the Gem Streets area, overlooking Trail Creek, this French Country home has everything one could need, including two sets of washers and dryers, two offices, printer/scanner, wireless internet access, two stereos, four fireplaces, decks and balconies overlooking the creek, and a top of the line kitchen.
Designed by the respected Architect Jim Ruscitto, any Guest will feel the European ambiance of this lovely home. It is within walking distance to downtown western Ketchum. The house has three levels, with entry and living/dining great room, kitchen, breakfast nook, powder room and guest room with king bed at street level. A tranquil courtyard invites one in, and the kitchen opens out to the same, on warm summer mornings.
The living room opens with French doors out to a deck with patio furniture overlooking Trail Creek. Downstairs, the spacious master suite opens to a private patio with more furniture, and features a large bathroom, vanity and walk-in closet. Also on this level is another guest room with either two twins or a bridged king bed.
On the top floor is one small office with printer and scanner. It faces another office/mini apartment with fireplace, washer/dryer, kitchenette, bedroom with king bed and 2 twins in a loft above a spiral staircase.
There are 4 HD TVs, a DVR and 3 DVDs, stereo, gas BBQ and a very well-equipped kitchen. This house also includes a heated two-car garage and a reserved parking space at the base of River Run.
