Located in the pristine East Fork area, this lodge style home is inviting, intimate and beautifully maintained and certain to please guests who want to get away from it all. Nestled in the mountains, a summer stay here is ideal for those wishing to enjoy panoramic views and outdoor living that is serene. Winter guests can relax around the wood burning fireplace or soak in the private hot tub after a day of skiing.
The living area is well presented with hard wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, a river rock fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with slate countertops and bar seating for 8 guests. Seating up to 10, the formal dining area provides a perfect gathering place for a Holiday dinner. The charming deck has spectacular views of the Pioneer Mountains and with its furnishings and BBQ grill, is great for entertaining.
The South wing of the home has a master suite with a queen bed, large master bathroom and a South facing deck. A private den is accessed through the master and boasts a rock fireplace, office area and opens to the deck as well. Guests will also enjoy a media room with a large flat screen television, built in desks and Wireless Internet service. Completing the main level is a game room, half bath, laundry room, ski storage area and access to the 2 car garage.
Upstairs are 3 additional guest bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a second full laundry room. Two of the guest rooms have queen size beds and the third room is ideal for younger guests as it has a queen size log bunk bed. To help maintain the beauty of this home, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.
