This fabulous 4,500 square foot luxury penthouse is all on one level and encompasses the entire top floor of the 511 Building in downtown Ketchum. It's a stunning and modern home with 360 degree mountain views. The private 350 square foot heated deck has a huge, 10 person hot tub and 4 expansive gazebos, including a sleeping gazebo. It also has a ping pong table and is completely enclosed in glass, for wind and sound protection. Guests will love this downtown location and appreciate the easy walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, spas and art galleries. Even more convenient, Red Door Asian Fused Cuisine, Primavera Florist, In-N-Out Nails, Theodore, Deja Vu, Natural Healing Body Massage, Lunchbox-A Waxing Salon, and A:NU-Recycled Cashmere are all located in the building. You can go shopping, get your nails done, your hair cut, have a massage, then dinner, without ever leaving the building!
The elevator comes directly from the garage to the open living area with picture windows providing unparalleled views of Baldy. There is a large fireplace and a Steinway piano. The enormous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has an oversized gas stove and two separate serving bars that seat five and six, respectively. The dining room seats ten.
The master bedroom features a California king sized bed, a 60" flat screen TV, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a desk. The master bathroom has his and her vanities and a large steam shower, as well as a separate tub. One of the guest bedrooms has a king sized bed, the other a queen bed. Both have entertainment systems and private, full bathrooms.
