One of the few 4-bedroom homes located near the golf course (golf course is currently closed) as well as having access to the Discovery Chair Lift for ski-in/ski-out access. It is a beautifully decorated 2,500 sq ft, custom home located in a wooded setting on a private circular lane with very few other homes. During the summer months, you are only a five minute walk to the Lodge and the first tee of the Osprey Meadows golf course. You`ll also find yourself centrally located to hiking/biking trails and a short walk down to Cascade Lake.
The great room has a vaulted, open floor plan with exposed beams and a soaring 22 ft stone fireplace with large, two-story picture windows. There is a 32" flat screen TV/DVD player and 5-disc DVD/CD player with high-end, in-wall speakers located in the great room. There is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, cooking island and breakfast bar, allowing the cook to enjoy preparing meals while entertaining. The dining room has a large table that seats eight adults comfortably. An additional four people can be seated at the breakfast bar.
The main level has two bedrooms featuring plush pillow-top queen beds and attached full-size private baths. Upstairs there is a loft, that separates the two upstairs bedrooms, with a full-size futon, relaxing views and desk with internet access. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a full-size futon, and sitting/reading area with a 27" cable TV/DVD player, large enough to allow kids a place to play. The master suite has a plush king pillow-top bed, jetted tub and dual shower heads in the shower. The mud room has full size washer/dryer and boot storage.
Outdoors, there is a large covered deck with a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a hot tub. The over-sized two-car garage is equipped with ski and board storage and allows the guest plenty of room for parking.
