Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax is required upon booking.During Holiday periods..one (1) night deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival. If booked inside 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Value and Regular Season: All cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. If cancelled inside fourteen days but outside 7 days of arrival, there is a charge equal to one night. If cancelled inside 7 days of arrival the entire reservation is non refundable. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy as if cancelled inside 7 days of arrival. Holiday Season: All cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made after the cancellation deadline, the entire reservation will be non refundable. This also applies to early departure.
