Description:
This family-friendly cabin in the woods boasts a private hot tub, jetted tub, and shared pool at Spring Mountain Ranch, as well as close proximity to the lake, dining, and shopping, making it an ideal choice for your next Idaho vacation. You'll also enjoy a private deck with a gas grill, private washer/dryer, and a cozy fireplace.

There are 3.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom, along with bedrooms two and three are located on the main level of this home. Bedrooms two and three each have their own entry to a half bathroom, with a shower in the middle of those two half bathrooms. The master bedroom, along with the loft, each has its own full bathrooms.

Parking: there is parking on the right side of the home in the summer months for a boat trailer. Depending on weather/snow conditions there is parking for a small trailer.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
