Leave your boots in the heated garage and warm your feet on the bamboo floors! The main level entry has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and private bath. One level below is the laundry room, and access to the garage. Up one level is a powder room, and the master suite with a king bed, and spa quality bathroom. The top level has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances, plus every small appliance you could want. There is room for 6 at the dining table plus 2 stools at the granite top bar. The living room has a gas fireplace, MP3 doc, DVD and large screen TV over mantle. A slider opens to a large balcony with a 3-4 person hot tub, stainless BBQ and stunning views! Enjoy Wi-Fi with this home as well! This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: (May vary with special rates & packages) A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax is required upon booking. During Holiday periods..one (1) night deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival. If booked inside 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Value and Regular Season: All cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. If cancelled inside fourteen days but outside 7 days of arrival, there is a charge equal to one night. If cancelled inside 7 days of arrival the entire reservation is non refundable. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy as if cancelled inside 7 days of arrival. Holiday Season: All cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made after the cancellation deadline, the entire reservation will be non refundable. This also applies to early departure. (May vary with packages)
