Description:
This is a great family cabin is about 3/4 mile to downtown and Payette Lake. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 16 people. It is also adjacent to a large vacant field making it great for snow shoes and cross country skiing. Enjoy lots of privacy and nice views from back decks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your family meals together. It is also set up to handle RV's and snow mobile trailers. Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome too. (As long as they are on their best behavior!) Upstairs you will find a bedroom with queen bed, twin/twin bunk beds and a full bathroom, including double sink vanity area, small balcony/ loft overlooking living room. The main floor bedroom has a California king bed which runs adjacent to main floor full bath. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper on the main floor in the living room. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one with double/twin bunk; one with queen bed), half bath, daylight basement w/ exit to outside patio and family room with one full size sleeper loveseat. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.
