Description:
Welcome to this fabulous 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath private log home on Schweitzer Mountain. Features include custom woodwork, river rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a deck overlooking Lake Pend Oreille & surrounding mountains with a private hot tub. Recently remodeled, this home now features a queen in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, bunkbeds with a full/twin in the third bedroom and a large queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs bonus room. There is also a queen futon in the living room. Walk or ride the half mile down the road to Schweitzer Ski Area and spend time skiing/snowboarding or snowshoeing on the mountain. After a great day in the powder come back, relax and enjoy the hot tub and fireplace. Also included in the rental of the home is a parking pass for the Village Parking Lot available to guests for use during their stay. Don't forget about summer. Watch the mountain come to life with wildflowers and wildlife, enjoy mountain biking and hiking on the multiple trails on Schweitzer Mountain, or watch the leaves turn including the beautiful tamaracks right outside the window. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with packages)

Check In/Out:  4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location:  Directions to the office will be sent out two weeks prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company:  (Subject to change without notice)  In each full bathroom: 2 hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and towels. Also provided: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry soap (when applicable), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is not guaranteed for the gas bbq's.
