This popular lakefront home is located next to Rotary Park on Payette Lake. It is an older split level with steep stairs to the upper and lower floors. The upper level contains the living room, kitchen and master bedroom with private bathroom and shower. Living area has TV/DVD, dining table that seats 4, and small full kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a covered deck with patio furniture.
Lower level has two bedrooms, one with twin bunk beds and one with a queen bed. Downstairs bath has tub but no shower. Downstairs living room has TV (no VCR or remote control), and nice newer log-style furniture that transforms into one queen and two single sleeping futons. Sliding glass doors open to a deep concrete patio, a grassy yard, white sandy beach and private pier. The yard contains a portable gas BBQ, picnic table, and lawn chairs.
Traffic noise from Lake Street is evident in the bedrooms, and steep stairs may not be kind to the elderly or small children. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: Deposit Policy: One night refundable deposit due at time of booking. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus $50. 30-45 days prior, guest will forfeit one night deposit and $50, and reservations cancelled with 30 days of arrival will forfeit $50 plus a minimum of a one night up to the maximum penalty of the cost of the entire reservation depending on resale of the unit. Security Deposit: on the date of arrival, a credit card authorization will be taken in the amount of $200 or 25% of the total reservation charges, whichever is greater. This authorization will be voided within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage, missing inventory or phone charges. Minimum Age Required 21 to rent. Cancellations are also subject to an additional $50.00 bookkeeping fee. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 liquid hand soap, 1 bar soap for each shower/bathtub, 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for every 3 days, towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per day. Also provided: 1 liquid hand soap in kitchen, 2 rolls of paper towels, laundry soap (in applicable units), dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, linens and all basic cooking and eating utensils. Firewood is not guaranteed, if it is at the house the guest may use it. LP gas is not provided for gas bbq's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure.

"The location is excellent! The bathrooms, upper deck and dock are all updated and nice. There are two showers and no tub and there are two flat screen tvs and a DVD player. Overall the furniture & decor is really dated, but the place was clean. The Master mattress and bedding was new and comfy. There is road noise in the bedrooms, but not too bothersome at night. The view was awesome as was the beach and dock! Would rent again just for that!!!"

"We love staying there! It was our 3rd time. My only complaint is that it was not clean. Everything was really dusty & the floor was still dirty. So I feel you need to get new cleaning people, since we & you are paying for that. I put down an $85.00 cleaning fee. Other than that we will stay again, we love it. We love being on the lake, having a beach & dock for our boat. Thanks!"

"generally very good but the bed situation was not quite as discribed (if you used the trundle bed you could not easilt get out of the bedroom and the funton in the basement needs repair."

"Beach and dock setting are wonderful everyone enjoyed playing outside weather permitting. Cabin was good with a lot of room. As stated on the web their was road noise but the road was not busy during most of time we were sleeping."
