"The accommodations at the Sun Valley Inn were fantastic!! We had fabulous food at the Ram (the escargo and the and the fillets were perfect!!), but the Bald Mountain Pizza needed some help with the chicken when added to the pasta and salads. The Klondike restaurant wasn't great for a breakfast before heading up to the mountain. Best of all was the huge, circular, outdoor, hot pool!! The locker rooms were clean and easy to shower off before heading to the bar area for cocktails and appetizers too. (Lots of flat screens for the sports enthusiasts!) The spring break discounts for ski and stay made the trip very affordable so my wife could shop with our savings... anyway, hope everyone uses this inn or the main lodge for a fabulous winter or spring getaway. Only three hours from Boise makes Sun Valley a great place to vacation!

Built in 1936, the historical Sun Valley Lodge's elegance from another time lives on. Recently redecorated, Averell Harriman's interpretation of "roughing it in luxury" remains steadfast. Enjoy upscale accommodations and fine dining in a majestic four-story hotel while your camera captures the beautiful and breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain range.
Each of the Lodge's 148 rooms were recently remodeled with new furniture, French country interiors, marble appointed bathrooms and plasma televisions.
Other services and amenities offered in the Lodge include: The Lodge Dining Room, Gretchen's, the Duchin Lounge, Sun Valley Salon & Day Spa, massage center, sauna and heated swimming pool, workout facility, bowling alley, game room, room service and gift shop. The Sun Valley Resort is located about a mile and a half from the River Run Day Lodge on Bald Mountain.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at booking. All cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. For holiday periods: Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made between 90 and 31 days from arrival, the first nights lodging is forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of reservation.
