Description:
Imagine a semi-private setting with soaring pines, and a peek-a-boo view of the lake and mountains, all the while relaxing and enjoying this beautifully-appointed home with modern finishes! This truly is a spectacular place!
Guests will enjoy the sitting room upon entry which hosts a queen sleeper sofa and club chair. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite dual-vanity bathroom and a walk-in tiled shower. The open floor plan, including the dining room, living room, and kitchen with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows is truly the heart of this home. In the spring/fall, guests will have access to the deck off the living room to enjoy watching the wildlife and the views. There is a half-bath and a washer/dryer on the main floor as well.
The upstairs greets you with a twin daybed, a cozy chair, and a desk. There is a king bed with a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. Bedroom three consists of a king bed and a deck with a sliding door for you to enjoy. There is an additional bathroom upstairs as well.
There are endless things to do near and around this perfectly located home. Crown Point Trail is .5-mile away, which enables you to hike, bike, snowshoe, cross-country ski, or run while looking out over beautiful Lake Cascade. Nearby attractions include Gold Fork Hot Springs, Tamarack Ski Resort in Donnelly, Brundage Ski Mountain in McCall, and last but not least Lake Cascade. Fisherman flock to the lake from all over the United States to try their luck at angling. The city of Cascade is about 1 mile away for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. If you would like to stay indoors, Peek-a-Boo View will keep you warm by the pellet stove and entertained with a DVD collection of movies. Also, there are lots of games and a large dining room table to make memories at!
BONUS: There are two separate RV parking pads with water and power. The lower pull-through/parking pad has both 50 and 30-amp service on the adjacent exterior garage wall, and the upper pad with deck access has 30-amp service on the adjacent exterior wall of the home. There is an RV fee if you would like to take advantage of this unique offering. There is also a fully-wired Generator to run home appliances and furnace in case of a power outage.
Things to Note: This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
