Overall Ranking out of 5		Coeur d Alene Casino Resort Hotel product reviewed:  Mountain Lodge VIP Suite Comments: I was very impressed with the room and the friendliness of staff, I would ceertainly refer people to use this facility. The only concern I had was the daily door key reregistering. I was definitley not impressed with having to carry my shopping 3 flights of stairs and finding my door key did not work, and having to carry my bags all the way to the front desk to ket my key redone, this was a daily thing that was upsetting. We booked for 3 nights and our keys should have been set for 3 nights not 1 night at a time. That was the only problem I had. Other than that it was a very good stay, the maid service was excellent, which is a concern for me at most hotels. Room was very clean. Casino staff were the most friendly people I ever met, along with the restaurant staff. Overall very pleasant stay, just the daily key rediculous thing.   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Al's review of InIdaho.com's service
