The only concern I had was the daily door key reregistering. I was definitley not impressed with having to carry my shopping 3 flights of stairs and finding my door key did not work, and having to carry my bags all the way to the front desk to ket my key redone, this was a daily thing that was upsetting. We booked for 3 nights and our keys should have been set for 3 nights not 1 night at a time. That was the only problem I had. Other than that it was a very good stay, the maid service was excellent, which is a concern for me at most hotels. Room was very clean. Casino staff were the most friendly people I ever met, along with the restaurant staff. I did have issues with my bill however, due to confusion over who was staying and who didn't. The properties cleanliness is at a marginal standard, i.e. bird (droppings) virtually on every outside Hotel window just to mention an example of lack of pride. Overall QSC lacks consistent focus. Food is great! We felt the hotel room was a little small and crowded---and the bedding was not what I would expect from a top notch place!
