Large 1,150 sq foot, two bedroom, two-level townhouse. These units offer fireplaces, kitchens, dining & living room, phone, TV/VCR, 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, upper & lower decks. These townhouses can sleep up to 6 persons. Unit 14 has a sofa sleeper in the living room. Unit 18 does not have bunk beds, but has a living room sofa sleeper. Unit 19 is a corner unit the closest to the ski hill and has a double-sized murphy bed in the living room to sleep 8.

No driving, no parking, no hassles with ski equipment, just put on your skis and you're off. Pennays offers the ultimate luxury of a location neighboring magnificent River Run Plaza - restaurants, bars, apres ski entertainment, shops, skier services & high speed quad lifts. "No driving. .......high speed quad lifts."
Pennays provides complimentary ski guiding on Baldy. It is an excellent service for first-timers and also for those who want a refresher of the great runs on our Mountain.
In 2006 the units received all new appliances, granite countertops, retiled floors, and paint.

"This was a great location. We were able to walk to town if we wanted. As far as Ketchum goes the price was good. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit after 6 days rafting. The unit was clean and comfortable."

POLICIES
Pennays At River Run Two Bedroom (1,150 sqft) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 3:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 300 Wood River Drive
Cancellation Policy: We require 50% of the total amount as deposit at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Reservations may by cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 fee. Cancellations less than 30-days prior will forfeit their deposit. (May vary with packages)
