About "Unit 21"
This 1.5-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 4 guests and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with basic furnishings for an exceptional value in its 800 sq. ft. of living space.
The living room has a 40-inch flat-screen TV/DVD, an iPod docking station, and a gas fireplace. The small kitchen is fully equipped with the basics and has seating for four at the counter (no dining table).
The bright and sunny master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed, a 26-inch flat-screen TV, views to the north, high ceilings, and a sink and vanity with a built-in hair dryer. The bathroom is also on this level and has a tub/shower and a sink. The loft, which is above the master bedroom, has a small twin-over-twin bunk bed and shares the hallway bathroom.
The front porch has a small table and two chairs for summer outdoor relaxation while enjoying the northern view.
About Alpine Villa (Trailview West)
Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path, just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum, and are walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex has a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Alpine Villa (Trailview West).

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Alpine Villa (Trailview West) Unit 21 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
