On the main level is an inviting living area which includes: a Queen pull-out sofa bed, 55-inch flat-screen TV, a chic wet bar, a closet with a stacked washer and dryer, and a charming gas fireplace for warming up your evenings. Off the living area, enjoy your meals with unobstructed creek views from the dining table for four. Make your way outside to the large wrap-around deck to relax in the sun and soak in all the beauty of the outdoors. Back inside, the fully stocked and custom-designed kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and two extra barstools for countertop dining. Passing the half bath on the ground floor, make your way upstairs to the bedrooms.
About Prospector
Prospector Condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts and restaurants. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs, and in the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool and private tennis courts. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort.
Bordered by the Warm Springs Creek and nestled in the trees, the Prospector offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units just 1 block from the lifts. In the winter, Warm Springs is the hub of skiing, with all lodging within walking distance of the ski lifts.
Cluster-built, there are 6 condos to a building. Common areas are on the entry level with bedrooms upstairs. Three bedroom units have all en-suite baths, have double high ceilings in the living room and are on the ends of the buildings with the best views.
The free KART bus (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit) stops at the entrance to the Prospector complex, providing free local transportation to downtown Ketchum, the Sun Valley Resort, and the River Run Lodge & Lifts.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Prospector.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Prospector Unit 158 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
