About "Unit 3608"
This newly remodeled, single-level condo has two bedrooms and two baths that can accommodate up to four guests. The living area is open with a 45-inch flatscreen TV and access to a deck with an outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats five.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 35-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom also has a king bed and access to a hallway bath with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.
Parking Notes: There is overflow parking behind the condo on Independence Way as there is only parking for two cars in the parking lot.
This unit has access to Elkhorn Amenities; Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room, and is open from the end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis & Golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, and a year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities.
There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs.
About Ranch
The Ranch complex is located on Morning Star Road in Elkhorn. The Free KART bus stops right outside the complex, making it very easy to get to any place desired in the area. In summer guest are invited to enjoy the amenities at Harker Center & Elkhorn Village. The Harker Center is right across and up the street from the Ranch, offering outdoor swimming, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and a picnic area and to mention the children's playground. The Elkhorn Village has an Olympic swimming pool. The bike bath runs around the Elkhorn loop and right through the villager.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Ranch.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Ranch Unit 3608 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3- 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
