This unit is an upper-level residence with resort views and mountain-chic decor, is a tranquil escape for guests seeking easy access to skiing, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment from a thoughtfully designed home with high-end amenities. Ideal for couples, or a small group of friends, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and a bonus room, each evenly spaced for privacy (please note that this condo is adults only).
The single-level condo, with elevator access, welcomes guests to an open-concept layout with walls of glass and picture windows, with a spacious, furnished deck overlooking Bald Mountain View to the west running the length of the condo. In the living area, three pairs of uniquely styled club chairs frame a modern gas fireplace and large-screen Smart TV with access to Hulu TV.
Steps away, a formal dining table seats up to 6 guests. For inspired chefs, the gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a Fisher Paykel gas range. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience.
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed and is ideal for guests who may need to work from vacation. This room has a private desk, a wall-paneled Smart TV with access to Hulu TV, and a private entrance to the deck. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a glass shower, and heated floors. The second bedroom also has a king bed and boasts high ceilings, hardwood furnishings, and a private entrance to the deck. The en-suite bathroom has a glass shower and heated floors. The last bedroom has a queen bed and picture windows and mountain modern decor. Guests have a shared bathroom in the hallway with a combination shower/bathtub. For extra sleeping space, there is a bonus room with a queen bed that is styled in villa-inspired decor with original artwork and antique furnishings. Guests share the hallway bathroom.
Guests looking to enjoy Sun Valley without a car can easily walk to restaurants, cafes, recreation, and entertainment, with plenty of options available in less than 10 minutes. The lifts of River Run are a 10-minute stroll or a 5-minute ride on the free city bus.

About The Lofts at 660
The Lofts @ 660 is located in the downtown Ketchum area, making this a great spot to walk to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. You will also be within a mile of the River Run Ski Lifts! The free shuttle bus is within a couple of blocks for your convenience. Sun Valley, just 2-miles away, offers even more restaurants, shops, and attractions including the Sun Valley Ice Rink and Sun Valley Stables.

POLICIES
The Lofts at 660 Unit 201 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
