About "Unit 1218"
This remodeled condo offers 1,297 sq. ft. of living space, featuring three bedrooms and three baths. The main level, with beautiful slate tile flooring, has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for eight. This area opens to a comfortable living room with a river rock fireplace and flatscreen TV. A full bathroom, and a lovely deck with a gas grill and seasonal furnishings, along with a bedroom complete the main level.
Upstairs, you will find a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with queen beds. The primary bedroom also has a flatscreen TV for your entertainment.
Things to Note: This unit has access to Sun Valley amenities; Sun Valley Inn Pool and Seasonal Olympic Pool during the summer and the Inn Pool in the winter. Receive a 15% discount on the following Sun Valley Activities: Tennis and pickleball court fees, package price at the Gun Club, one-hour trail ride at the Sun Valley Stables, preferential tee times, and the hotel rate at the Sun Valley Golf Course. These passes are limited to a max of five per home. Not included with this amenity pass are access to the SV Lodge Pool & Fitness Center, The Spa & The Spa Fitness Center, and the Sun Valley Inn Fitness Center.
Parking Notes: Parking for 1 car; no assigned parking space. All parking is first-come, first-serve. No garage access.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Villager.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Villager Unit 1218 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
