A family-friendly condo in the heart of Sun Valley, 1571 Snowcreek sits near the Dollar Mountain base area for access to the resort's most beginner-friendly terrain. Guests enjoy the convenience of walking distance to the Sun Valley Lodge with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in downtown Ketchum a short ride away on the free city bus. You will also enjoy access to the community hot tub and summer-use swimming pool.
Styled in mod decor with rustic accents, this charming retreat is laid out across two levels plus a sunny loft. An open-concept living area welcomes guests on the middle level with double-height ceilings and picture windows revealing west-facing mountain views. Get cozy and unwind in front of the large-screen SmartTV, equipped with streaming services (with your own accounts).
Steps away, a fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, from a French press to a waffle maker. Gather around the six-seat hardwood dining table for sit-down meals, or grab one of three stools at the breakfast bar for a snack. Glass doors open the living area to a spacious deck overlooking the mountains, where you'll find a gas grill and two-person cafe table, ideal for lunch al fresco.
The primary bedroom, located on the lower level, consists of a king bed and is styled in modern mountain decor. There is a large Smart TV, a reading chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and radiant floor heat. Glass doors open the room to a covered, furnished patio with unobstructed mountain views. The second bedroom, also on the lower level, has a queen bed and is styled in New England cottage decor. This room has a big picture window, a full dresser, and a Smart TV. Guests have a full bathroom in the hall with radiant floor heat and a glass walk-in shower. In the loft, you will find two twin beds.
Things to Note: No fireplace access at this home. This unit does not have Sun Valley Amenities.
Parking Notes: 1 vehicle only (no extra parking).
About Snowcreek
The Snowcreek Condominiums are located next to Dollar Mountain making it a perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about 2 miles from the Bald Mountain lifts, but reachable by KART which stops at Dollar Cabin and serves all areas of the resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Snowcreek.

POLICIES
Snowcreek Unit 1571 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
