Your home-away-from-home awaits with room for the whole family at this three-story condo. Spend winter days on the mountain hitting the slopes and come back to warm up around the gas fireplace while cooking up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Have a family movie night around the Smart TV and pop some popcorn or pull out any of the board games available and get ready for an entertaining evening at home.
There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, along with a full bathroom. The bedroom with two twin beds has a Wii Console for entertainment. The second floor hosts the main living area plus a full bathroom, while the third floor offers a secluded bedroom, a full bathroom, and the loft area that is set up as a cozy family room with a TV and direct access to a private balcony.
Parking Notes: Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas.
About Indian Springs
Just a stone's throw from the Village, Indian Springs offers units with fireplaces. The Indian Springs Complex is located on the Elkhorn Golf Course and near the bike path.

POLICIES
Indian Springs Unit 2378 (Sun Valley Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
