This bright and airy, three-level condo makes for the perfect family or friends getaway, with plenty of space to spread out. Start your tour on the self-contained bottom level, which features a cozy layout and mountain-modern decor - ideal for anyone in your group looking for a bit more privacy. If the weather is good, coffee at the bistro table on the covered deck is in order. Back inside, there's a convenient kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a 4-burner oven. When it's time to get cozy for the night, there's a loveseat and a flatscreen TV on this level as well.
Upstairs, you'll find the main living space with a large sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter evenings. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the gadgets and appliances you need to cook up full meals, which you can enjoy at the adjacent dining table or out on this level's deck when the weather is nice. There is another balcony off of the third-floor master bedroom.
No matter the season, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor activities. With Dollar Mountain just half a mile down the road and Sun Valley Ski Resort just 4.5 miles away, you'll have world-class skiing practically at your doorstep. In the summer months, take advantage of premier fly fishing, as well as the many hiking trails nearby. There are extensive hiking and biking trail systems just a short drive away in the Sun Valley area as well.
This complex also features a newly renovated seasonal pool and hot tub, and you'll find tennis and pickleball as well.
Things to Note: There is a shared, coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises. "Valley Gem (Entire Condo)" is made up of "Valley Gem Lower" and "Valley Gem Upper", each of which may be rented separately for smaller groups. This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking Notes: There is parking for one vehicle in the garage (Garage #32) and one vehicle in the open spaces with the required parking pass. A parking pass is required and strictly enforced. A pass will be located inside the unit and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Please park in the open-air lots designated "Bonne Vie Only". Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
About Bonne Vie
The Bonne Vie Condominiums are located next to the Elkhorn Resort Plaza and include amenities associated with this facility. KART busses provide free shuttle service from a stop across the street at the resort to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

POLICIES
Bonne Vie Unit 2232 (Valley Gem Entire Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
