This 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers easy access to Brundage to the North and Tamarack/Jug Mountain to the South. Each floor has one bedroom and one bathroom, offering privacy to each guest and plenty of space for comfort. The nearest Payette Lake beach is located at Rotary Park about 1.5 miles from the townhouse!
The second floor has the gourmet kitchen and dining area that opens up to the living room area that is well-lit with large windows, and balcony access with a propane BBQ and sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening nightcap. Comfortably seat five at the dining table and three at the bar.
The master suite encompasses the entire third floor.
The oversized, single-car garage offers space to store skis and other gear. Enjoy included board games, books, toys (Legos), classic DVDs, and a murder mystery party kit! There is also a cooler to use during your stay.
Parking Notes: 3 vehicles max. The garage is accessible to guests. Renters can park one vehicle in front of the garage and another in overflow parking.
About Broken Pine Townhomes
Newly build condos near Rotary Park and Payette Lake. Downtown McCall is just two miles from this complex.

POLICIES
Broken Pine Townhomes Unit 210 (Maple Leaf Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
