This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story condo is located in SW Ketchum and will sleep up to 5 people. This condo is just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum.
On the main level, you will find the living area with a twin futon, gas fireplace, and 45-inch flat screen TV. Off this area is a deck with a gas grill and seasonal outdoor furniture with seating for 5. There is a fully stocked kitchen with 3 bar stools at the countertop and the dining area table seats up to 6. There is a half bath, with a shower only, that is also located on this level.
On the upper level, are the 2 bedrooms and a stack washer and dryer in the hallway at top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 45-inch flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and access to a small deck with a bistro table and two chairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Summer guests can enjoy the deck and yard and can access outdoor furniture, yoga mats, a hose for rinsing bikes and gear, a corn hole game, a cooler, and camp chairs. A shed on the back deck is also available for secure storage of your outdoor gear.

A few blocks into the Ketchum core but with easy access to the trail system and Big Wood River, Andora Villa Condominiums is located on Trail Creek.

POLICIES
Andora Villa Unit 109 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
