This tri-level, 1500 sq. ft. townhome is located in South West Ketchum and consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to six guests.
This modern retreat offers excellent proximity to the base of Baldy, the bike path, and downtown Ketchum. Each is within a 10-minute walk from the front door! With an abundance of natural light, a quiet tree-lined location adjacent to the river, and quick access to biking, hiking, and ski trails, this townhome is a relaxing haven in the heart of everything.
On the ground floor, you'll find the front entrance, in-unit laundry, a private back patio, and a BBQ.
The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a gas stove, and many thoughtful extras. The dining table seats six and the living area has a gas fireplace and ample seating for everyone. Also located on this level, is the third bedroom with either two twins or a king bed (please indicate your preference when booking), a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a detached bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and ample natural light.
On the upper level, you'll find the master bedroom that consists of a queen bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and partial mountain views. The master bath is very spacious with a two-sink vanity, vaulted ceilings, a sunken tub, a separate shower, heated tile flooring, and a walk-in master closet. The second bedroom is also located on this level and has two double beds, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that has a single vanity, shower/tub combo, and lots of natural light.
Things to Note: This townhome was completely overhauled in 2019. It features all-new modern, beautiful furnishings, artwork, and many thoughtful touches throughout. This townhome is not pet-friendly, as the homeowners have severe pet allergies. A free shuttle picks up about a block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
Parking Notes: There is an attached, heated garage, with plenty of storage for outdoor gear. There is additional guest parking available right outside the unit.

Complex Features: The Autumn Woods Townhomes are located five blocks from the River Run parking area, one block from the bike path and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. A free shuttle picks up about a block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
