About "Unit D-4 (Studio Anderberg)"
Studio Anderberg, has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood wall, a couch that turns into a sofa bed, and a chair along with a woodstove completes the interior. This studio has a unique spiral staircase, which winds the way up from the living area to the sleeping loft with a queen bed, small dresser, and closet down the hall. Back down the spiral stairs, a sliding glass door leads onto a cute balcony, complete with a gas grill. The kitchen includes a two-seat dinette set.
This Warm Springs two-story studio condo is just one minute from the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts on Bald Mountain. Free WiFi is provided and the condo community has a shared laundry facility. Guests also have access to a hot tub and a seasonal pool, with expanded hours in the summer.
About International Village
Cradled between Warm Springs Creek and the high speed quad chairlift, International Village is the closest you can get to the Warm Springs Lifts.

"International Village was a fun condo for the weekend. The stairs are a bit of an extreme sport. The condo was small and clean with an excellent breeze off the river from the balcony. The condo is due for new carpets. "

POLICIES
International Village Unit D-4 (Studio Anderberg) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
