This three-level townhome consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with stunning west-facing mountain views that can accommodate up to six guests. Located in charming Ketchum, within walking distance to town, this townhome offers on-site parking, a private hot tub, and gas fireplaces. Guests will love the nearby bike path and proximity to other attractions. Running through this unit is a captivating combination of cool exposed wood beams and gorgeous tall ceilings that give it an elegant yet homey atmosphere. This lovely escape is truly one-of-a-kind!
On the second floor of this vacation retreat is a breathtaking open-concept space where guests can spend quality time. The living, dining, and kitchen areas all come together beautifully with a stylish design and wooden shutters. Guests will find a luxurious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and other essential amenities, along with a four-stool breakfast bar. Host an intimate dinner party at the six-seat dining table with access to beautiful views from a private deck replete with a gas grill and seasonal furniture. A spacious living room includes two armchairs, a leather couch, a fireplace, and a Smart TV.
The primary bedroom and a guest bedroom with private bathrooms are on the third floor. The primary bedroom consists of a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, has a full-over-full bunk bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bunk room, shared bathroom, and laundry area are located off the hallway.
Along the outside of this lovely mountain townhome is a private hot tub with a stone backsplash and wood backdrop for privacy.
Parking Notes: A single-car garage conveniently opens to the ground-level entryway.

"Clean. Well designed and thought out with common gathering areas but separate staircases and bedroom and baths for privacy. Nicely appointed and decorated. Kitchen had everything to cook with. "

POLICIES
Townhomes at River Run (Wood River) Unit G Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 4-10
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
