This townhouse has two floors. The first floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and en suite bathroom. The living room is welcoming with great views of Bald Mountain. Relax on the chaise lounge as you enjoy the scenery, read a book or take a nap. There is also a hidden flat screen TV in the armoire with cable. You can also stream Netflix, Internet, and movies via the provided Chromecast. Private Wi-Fi is provided as well. You'll love curling up near the wood burning fireplace at the end of the day as you unwind from a day spent outdoors.
The kitchen comes equipped with a new range and microwave, plus everything you need to prepare a homemade meal. Take advantage of the pots and pans to whip up a quick breakfast for a long day ahead. The dishwasher can handle the cleaning so that you and your family can focus on exploring. For those of you who want to avoid cooking there are a range of restaurants in Sun Valley and Ketchum, just a few minutes away (check out our binder full of menus).
The dining room table located in front of the kitchen includes seating for six. The comfy chairs are great for sitting around the table and bonding as you enjoy a nice family dinner or play some board games.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is located downstairs with a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps, walk-in closet and television. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, and is decorated in fresh white and neutral tones. The final upstairs bedroom is fashioned into a private loft where two twin beds comprise a king-size bed. Both bathrooms boast a shower/tub combination and have plenty of counter and drawer space. A washer and dryer are included for your added convenience.
The private exterior deck includes a gas grill, table, umbrella and seating for six. The deck is western facing with terrific sunsets.
Things to Note: This unit does not come with Sun Valley amenities.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1296 (Creekside Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
