Enjoy Sun Valley in comfort and luxury in this two-level, 3,000 square foot Elkhorn Springs Penthouse. This condo has privileges to the Elkhorn hot tubs, seasonal pools and tennis courts located across the street.
Relax in the living area in front of the gas fireplace and 55" 3D HD flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, Apple TV, and cable. The leather sofas and wingback chairs comfortably seats 8. The dining area seats 8 and is adjacent to both the living area and gourmet kitchen. You will find 2 more seats at the island in the kitchen. This room is surrounded by windows with morning light and direct access to the furnished wrap-around patio with fire pit and gas grill. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top of the line appliances and granite counters.
There are two main level bedrooms. These rooms include the master king suite and the guest room with a queen bed. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
The second level of the condo encompasses the loft area and the remaining two bedrooms. The loft is equipped with its own 55" 3D HD flatscreen TV with DVD player, sitting area, and access to the balcony. The second master king suite is adjacent to the den and also has direct access to the balcony. The last bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. Each of these bedrooms also has its own en-suite bathroom.
About Elkhorn Springs (FKA Angani Way)
Elkhorn Springs features luxury condos within the Elkhorn area. These units are within walking distance to the Elkhorn Village where you may have access to the amenities at the Clubhouse. Keep in mind there are periods of closure for these amenities due to maintenance or seasonal access.
This complex is less than 1 mile to the beginner/intermediate skier's mountain, which is Dollar Mountain. For the more advanced rider, Bald Mountain is about 9 miles away. For other seasons, the local bike path runs throughout the neighborhood and connects to the Wood River Valley System for 40 miles of paved biking/walking path.

POLICIES
Elkhorn Springs (FKA Angani Way) Unit 104 - #13 (Elkhorn Springs Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
