This three-story condo is ideal for couples or a multi-generational family since there are bedrooms on each level. The ground floor houses a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a large living room, a dining area, and the kitchen. The living room is full of character and comes complete with a wood fireplace for cold winter nights. There's also WIFI and a cable-equipped flat-screen TV with a DVD player for a family night in.
The kitchen boasts fresh white cabinetry, major appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, such as pots and pans. The best part is that there's a dishwasher, so you'll have more time to focus on exploring rather than cleaning. The dining room table is located directly in front of the kitchen. There are six chairs, but there's also a cushioned bench that comfortably seats three to four additional people.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this townhouse can sleep up to 10 guests. The first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a cable-equipped TV. The bedroom at the top of the second-floor stairs also has a walk-in closet and includes two twin beds. The two additional bedrooms on the second-floor feature two twin beds each, all perfect for kids. The last bedroom is the third-floor master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a cable-equipped TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a king-size bed. This master also has access to the balcony.
With three bathrooms, this home makes getting ready in the mornings easy! No one will be fighting over bathroom space since the bathrooms themselves are spacious and convenient. A washer and dryer are included for guests' added convenience.
With the patio and gas grill, you and your family can plan a fun barbecue to kick off your vacation. The next day, you can walk across the street to Dollar Mountain, where you can hit the slopes or just take in the scenery. Bald Mountain is home to some fantastic slopes too. Try your hand at skiing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer.
With the Sun Valley Amenity pass guests will have access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool, The Seasonal Olympic Pool, and The Inn Fitness Center
About Dollar Meadows
This complex is located between the Snowcreek Condos and the Sun Valley Lodge. Creeks and ponds wind through this complex, which offers two, three and four bedroom units. Fireplaces and spacious front decks are all found at Dollar Meadows Condominiums.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Dollar Meadows.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Dollar Meadows Unit 1383 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
