About "Unit 223B"
The Edelweiss property has a prime location in Warm Springs, right across the street from the spectacular Warm Springs Base Lodge and the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. Dining and apres-ski options are available just steps from your door. There is also a convenient, free shuttle stop across from the Edelweiss complex to take you to downtown Ketchum or the Sun Valley Resort.
The Bavarian-themed building offers two bedrooms plus a den and two full bathrooms, with your entry being on the second level. The first level is where the comfortable living area is located with a wall-mounted 40" flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, a stereo system, and DVD player. There is a sliding glass door in both the living room and first level bedroom that leads to the spacious deck for barbequing on the gas grill and relaxing at the bistro table. The deck faces North, so there is no direct sunlight. The bedroom on this level is located adjacent to the living area and offers a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall with dual vanities.
There is a full kitchen available for cooking after a day of skiing or hiking. The dining table seats four comfortably and there are two barstools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.
There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the loft with two twin beds or we can bridge for a king bed if you request a king bed. Also on the second floor, you will find the additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and a small desk area. There is a bathroom with a shower only located on this level for both the loft and the guest room.
This end unit also offers Wi-Fi and the capability to connect to Apple TV (you will need an Apple account to use the TV).
The Edelweiss complex offers many amenities including underground parking, an outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub, laundry facility, and a ski tuning area.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an

POLICIES
Edelweiss Unit 223B Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
