About "Unit 1503"
This condo is conveniently located in Sun Valley, near the entrance of the Snowcreek complex, next to Dollar Mountain. Roughly offering 1,700 sq. ft. of living space, the condo is a corner and end unit giving it a feeling of privacy. This complex is a short walk from the Sun Valley Lodge and not even a block away from the local shuttle bus. This complex also offers a seasonal, on-site pool and hot tub that you can enjoy access to.
Furnished with homey decor, this condo will be one of your favorites at Snowcreek. There are three levels, and three of the bedrooms are conveniently situated on the lower level. The first bedroom has a queen bed. Next to the queen bedroom is a separate bathroom, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The other two guest rooms are roomy, with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private patio access. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. On the third level, which is the loft, you will find a set of twin beds for additional sleeping space.
Upstairs you will find a comfortable and tastefully furnished living area with a large sectional couch and a big flat-screen TV. There is also a small deck equipped with seasonal furniture and a natural gas grill, perfect for nights in.
Things to Note: The fireplace is not for use. This unit does not have Sun Valley Amenities.
Parking Notes: 2 vehicles. No extra parking.
About Snowcreek
The Snowcreek Condominiums are located next to Dollar Mountain making it a perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about 2 miles from the Bald Mountain lifts, but reachable by KART which stops at Dollar Cabin and serves all areas of the resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Snowcreek.

"The Snowcreek property was quite nice, we liked the swimming pool even though the reservation clerk I spoke with thought it did not have it's on pool. The only 2 negatives we perceived were the noise at night as this unit's bedrooms are right on the road, and the lack of a bathroom on the main floor. With 3 smaller children that was sometimes an issue (especially early in the morning). The unit was nice and quite clean and everything worked well."

POLICIES
Snowcreek Unit 1503 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
