Fabulous New Villager condominium updated with hardwood floor, granite, and beautiful furnishings. This unit has a large living area with a gourmet kitchen and master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom on the main floor. The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor has a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom, a twin on the top, and a twin trundle bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and the last bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
This unit has a large deck.
No Sun Valley Resort amenities with this unit.
Parking Notes: Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1335 (Creekside Delight) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
